Please nominate someone that may have made contributions to agriculture and also served our country in the armed services.

Please provide your name and contact information as well as the following information:

1   The name of the person you would like to nominate

2   Tell us a little bit about the farming background of the person you’re nominating

3   Please tell us a little bit about the military service of the person that you’re nominating

4   Please tell us any additional information or stories why this individual should be recognized for their contributions either to agriculture or to the service of our country
