BOOTH SPACE RENTAL: $450.00 per (10’x10’) exhibit space, less 10% reduction for all booths in excess of one.
New Bulk Pricing starting at 4 booths (20’x20’) = $1,400.00
8 booths (20’x40’) = $2,100.00
12 booths (20’x60’) or (30’x40’) = $2,700.00
Additional custom quotes for bulk areas available upon request
SPACE ASSIGNMENT: All booths must be open and occupied during the Expo. Booth assignments will be made in the order applications are received. Exhibitors should select three different booths or groups of booths in separate locations and specify order of choice. If none of these are available the Director of Exhibits will assign subject to Exhibitor’s approval.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: It is agreed that 50% of the total amount of space rental will be paid by Exhibitor immediately after assignment of space has been approved by Management. Balance payable not later than January 24, 2020. No exhibit or part of an exhibit will be admitted to any space until rental for that space has been paid in full. This contract is not refundable.
EXPO AGREES TO FURNISH AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO EXHIBITOR: Booth space standard booth size is 10’ x 10’ with multiple booths together and bulk space available. There are no height restrictions on perimeter locations. All other spaces will have the Standard 8′ high backs and 3’6″ side panels. One standard booth sign, one table covered and skirted (only if ordered in advance of move-in). For large exhibits, Bulk Space is available with a minimum space requirement of 450 sq. ft. Bulk space will not include any tables or drapery. All electrical requirements will be at the expense of Exhibitor. Night watchman service will be provided starting with move-in day. Management will provide labor to assist unloading and reloading of exhibits, also storage of shipping and boxes and crates.
INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL: Exhibits may be installed starting Monday, March 1st from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Move in continues 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, March 2nd. All installations must be in place by 8:00 AM on March 3rd. No exhibit may be dismantled or removed before 3:05 PM on March 4th. Move-out is from 3:05 PM – 8:00 PM on March 4th and 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM on March 5th. All Exhibits must be out of the Convention Center, no later than 12:00 PM Friday, March 6, 2020.
