JANUARY 21, 2025     — Tuesday — HILTON (Downtown/ 1001 Cass Street)  Fall Scholar Athlete Awards / Outland Awards Banquet.   Andy Kendeigh (Channel 7 Sports Director), Stu Pospisil (World-Herald) and Derek Leathers (Chairman & CEO Werner Enterprises and PlaySmart Founder) will help address and present the PlaySmart Award to the Scholar Athlete winners.     Meeting/Lunch  Starts at 11:30 AM.  RSVP and then Pay at Door  Cost is all inclusive only $15.00 and includes Free Parking in the Hilton Garage.     

FEBRUARY 11,  2025  –       Tuesday   at 11:30 AM –  Come and hear from one of the best all time basketball players to cme out of Omaha – Mike McGee from Omaha North, Michigan, and the NBA!  Mike was drafted in the first round in 1981, played in the NBA from 1981 to 1992 and won 2 NBA Championships with the Los Angeles Lakers!  Some stories and Q & A.  Luncheon starts at 11:30 AM at the Even Hotel Midtown on 2220 Farnam St.   Cost is only $12.00 and you just pay at the door and includes complimentary parking.    Need to RSVP by Friday Feb 7, 2025.  Call our office or respond via email. 

MARCH  2025  –  .  Omaha Mavs SOFTBALL and or Mavs Baseball at the Omaha Mavs – Claussen Field (2850 S 67 St, Omaha). or Mavs Baseball Field – Tal Anderson Field.  Plan to meet there at the entrance.  Last year had Mavs Softball play Northern Colorado first and then Rider.  Only $5.00 for ticket and then you are on your own for food options at the concessions.  Just pay at the ticket entrance and includes complimentary parking.  RSVP by March so we can get a count.  Just call our office or respond via email.

MAY   2025     In 2024 — Our meeting was Omaha Mavs Baseball at Creighton University Bluejays Baseball.  Game start at 11:00 AM.  Game is at Schwab Field Downtown at 10th and Abbott.
