Your job, if you choose to accept it, is:

1.Distribute Corporate Employee Packets and display flyers within your organization to advertise the event to employees
2.Register all participants by filling out the Team Roster Form. Have each participant complete the Waiver and Release Form in the Corporate Employee Packet and return it to you
3.Return by deadline date: 7/25/18

• Corporate Registration Form – Captain’s Packet
• Team Roster Form
• Release Forms (in the Corporate Employee Packet) signed by team members
• T-Shirt order form (part of the Corporate Registration Form)
• Artwork (if ordering custom T-shirts)
• Payment

4.August 10th & 11th – Packet Pick up 10am – 5pm at Scheels All Sports, 17202 Davenport Street, Omaha, NE
