On the extremely flat and scenic route riders take from the Capitol District at 11th and Capitol. Take Capitol east to 10th St. Then take 10th St to Abbott and left to [12th] St and head north to beautiful Carter Lake Park. The turn around is at the end of Carter Lake Park.
